Firelands WarHawks 10U Select stayed in it until the end, but Fairview Apaches pulled away late in a 5-2 victory on Saturday. The game was tied at two with Fairview Apaches batting in the bottom of the fifth when Holbrook singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Colt Flores toed the rubber for Firelands WarHawks 10U Select. He lasted three innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out six and walking one.  Weston Hoover and Max Jacobs entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and one-third innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

Blake Brenner and Waylon Brenner each managed one hit to lead Firelands WarHawks 10U Select. Firelands WarHawks 10U Select tore up the base paths, as three players stole at least two bases. Memphis McKenzie led the way with two.
